   the trumpet call he used at the end sounded great. really nice call

   Kee Kee, is a good dog. She knows the ropes, and knows to sit there till the shot, when Marlin always lets her go for her reward… Might try that, and see if it helps. Dogs are pretty smart, and get the game soon enough. The only times I’ve seen Marlin not let Kee Kee go, is if we know the other birds working are close… Unlike here on the vid. There were others working, but very far away…

   I wish my dog (GSP) would be that quiet and still. He goes nuts when I call. Great video!

   A good boxcall or longbox, like the one Mr. Watkins has, would be good for you. Give him a call, and he’ll help you out.
